An extended Easter anthem for SSAATBB mixed voices, brass (3 trumpets, 1 horn, 2 trombones), organ, and percussion (timpani, chimes, and bass drum). Full of wonderful contrasts, this score dramatizes the deliverance of the Israelites from the hand of Pharoah, complete with its own “water music.”
